Many of the people I work with are incredibly capable on the outside, yet internally they're carrying a tremendous amount of anxiety, self-doubt, grief, emotional exhaustion, or the weight of a significant life transition. They may spend hours overthinking decisions, navigating OCD and intrusive thoughts, struggling with ADHD-related challenges, experiencing depression, or simply trying to make it through each day without feeling overwhelmed. If that's you, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move beyond just surviving and begin living more fully. Using evidence-based approaches, including ERP, ACT, and CBT, I help clients develop new ways of responding to fear, uncertainty, and life's challenges. Together, we'll build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and help you feel more confident navigating whatever comes next. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've been carrying things on your own for a long time. You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out.
